The U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam accepts payments in U.S. dollars or the equivalent in Tanzanian shillings. We accept only cash or credit cards. Please note you must have the credit card with you in order to make payment by credit card.

Visa applicants may not bring phones, large bags, computers, or electronics into the Embassy. The Embassy cannot store these items for you.
